"BROD & COMPANY" Ltd. is a family company based 20.06.1990 Georgi Borisov Georgiev. Starting operations in the first years of Bulgaria's transition in the beginning she developed mainly external and internal trade, while three years later realized one of the first privatizations in Bulgaria and purchases start textile factory. This is the beginning of a new type of activity namely production in three directions - knitted yarn, knitwear and clothing. Invest and develop production as a main activity, it is becoming a major driving force for the future development of the company. The company's products and the high quality which made it a prerequisite to have known and liked by many European companies are beginning to work to order it.
In addition to its only foreign clients, the company manufactures products for the Bulgarian market, which started to offer in its own store by factory Brod Sofia. Consequently, at the end of 1997 is composed of two separate subsidiaries - "BROD TRICO" LTD.. produces knitwear and knitted yarns and "BROD TRADE" LTD engaged in commercial activities of the holding.
In 2001, the holding of direct investment in tourism with the construction of the hotel and creates a third subsidiary - "BROD TOUR" LTD. which is engaged in the tourist services.
At the end of 2007. the company bought a factory producing knitwear in the region of Plovdiv - in the city. Lucky - "BROD LUKY" LTD.
At the beginning of 2012. to facilitate the transport activity for us and for our European partners the company creates "BROD TRANS" EOOD.s to improve shipping between companies. In addition to its own production specialized compositions ride and foreign goods.
In 2014 in Asenovgrad was built factory for the production of shirts and blouses of fabrics. Management of the enterprise remains the firm '' BROD LUKY '' LTD.
At the beginning of 2015. "Brod and Holding Company" Ltd. acquires German company GOLLEHAUG GMBH. and its use of popular brands knitwear and GOLLEHAUG YOUR CONCEPT. This step significantly extends the capabilities of the company to offer its own products to European markets.
